Whole food resources

I’ve added a new category…Eatin’
After reading Michael Pollan’s book, The Omnivore’s Dilemma (see the sidebar), I started becoming interested in whole, locally produced foods…now I’m hooked on the idea and am splashing around in it. 
In the next links post, I’ve collected the links Pollan refers to in his follow-up book, In Defense of Food.  I’m currently in the midst of that book…maybe I’ll shoot off a post about it soon…
