The “Poly-Meals”

Kathryn Kolasa is a nutritionist at East Carolina Medical School who has done a lot of really great work in nutrition information for the Family Practice program there. She recently posted to the Family-L email discussion group a list of diets that, in her opinion, are a “non-pharm” reaction to the Poly-Pill.

Apparently these have been advocated elsewhere…but I reproduce her links here…because I like this idea so much better than a Polypill…
